What are your delivery services and charges?
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £300 . For orders under £300 there is a delivery charge of £25 within the UK.

Our call centre will contact you as soon as your furniture is available for delivery. You will be offered the next available delivery day based on your postcode. If this is not suitable the next available day will be offered. Most postcodes are serviced twice a week. A signature will be required from you at the time of delivery or a signed note collected.

Unfortunately, no.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
Most deliveries need to be signed for. If you are not in a card will be left asking you to contact our call centre, which is open until 8pm, to re-arrange delivery.

As long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition, you can return the item on the condition Buy Furniture Now (UK) Ltd are contacted within 7 days. A collection charge of up to £100 will be made on all returns in accordance with the cost.
